Bialik College is a pluralistic Jewish Zionist school with a mission to enable all children to have the opportunity of a Bialik education regardless of financial means. Whilst means-tested Fee Assistance is available to families who qualify, this bursary application is a separate process that could provide support to families who would benefit from alternative fixed-term support for school fees. For this reason you are asked to complete this form as fully as possible.
If the link to this application was not sent to you by Michelle Bergman from Bialik College, you will need to email Michelle on registrar@bialik.vic.edu.au to register your interest before completing and submitting this form. Forms received by applicants who have not registered cannot be considered.
By submitting this application you declare all information provided is accurate and complete, and reflects your current financial situation. If your application progresses to the next stage you may be required to verify the information you have provided.
Typically this application is filled in by parents/guardians and therefore Applicant 1 would be one of the student's parents, and Applicant 2 would be the other parent. If you are a single parent, please tick Not Applicable for all the questions about Applicant 2. If neither of these scenarios is applicable to your family, please work around this structure as best you can.
We estimate completion of this Bursary application will take around 20 minutes.
Please be assured the information provided is treated in the strictest of confidence. Bialik College prides itself on supporting families to access Jewish schooling in a dignified and respectful way.
